Refund Policy

Effective date: August 30, 2026

OC Maker AI sells prepaid credits that are consumed by AI image and video generations. Because generations are digital content delivered instantly, most credit usage is final at the moment of generation. This policy explains exactly what can and cannot be refunded.

1. Refund window
Refund requests for unused credit packs can be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

2. What is refundable
- Unused credit packs: if you purchased credits and have not used any of them, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Partially used packs (unused remainder only): we may refund the proportional value of credits you never spent, at our discretion.
- Duplicate charges: accidental duplicate purchases are refunded in full.
- Failed generations: if a generation failed, timed out, or produced no downloadable result while consuming credits, those credits are refunded to your account automatically where possible, or on request. Credits already refunded for a failed generation are not refundable a second time in cash.

3. What is not refundable
Credits that were consumed by a completed generation are non-refundable, including results you were unsatisfied with due to prompt wording, style choice, or personal taste. A generation is considered delivered once an output image or video is produced. Subscription or plan changes after use, and chargebacks filed without first contacting support, are also not eligible.

4. EU and UK withdrawal right
Consumers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a purchase of digital content. However, when you use credits you request immediate delivery of the generation, and by doing so you consent to that delivery — once a generation has consumed the credits, the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies to those credits. Unused credit packs remain refundable for 30 days as described above.

5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order reference, the email address on the account, and (for failed generations) the generation ID or a short description of the problem. Each request is reviewed manually, usually within a few business days.

6. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe; depending on your bank, processing can take 5–10 business days. Refunded credit amounts are credited to your OC Maker AI account instead where the issue was a failed generation.
